Privacy policy

Updated 8 November 2026

This policy covers the coresent.io website. Data that customers process in the Coresent product is covered by each customer’s data processing agreement.

Who is responsible

Fadur Systems, CVR 45981525, Denmark, is the data controller. Write to hello@coresent.io about anything in this policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts, images and map data are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third parties while you read the page.

When you close the cookie notice, your browser remembers that in its local storage. The answer stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Server logs

Our servers do not keep access logs. Your IP address is used only to deliver the page to you and is not recorded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

When you email us

If you write to us, for example to book a demo, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to answer you and arrange the demo, and nothing else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or steps you ask for before entering a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is active, and delete it 12 months after our last contact unless you become a customer.

Where data is stored

The website runs on our own servers in Denmark. Connections reach it through an encrypted proxy we operate at DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, Germany, which passes requests on without storing them. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or exported. You can also object to or restrict our use of it. Write to hello@coresent.io and we will reply within one month.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
